Office Services Coordinator

Our client, a real estate company in Miami, FL, is in need of an Office Services Coordinator for a year-long contract. Working onsite daily, will oversee the Office Services provided to all associates in the Miami HQ. This position will work under the direct supervision of the Office Manager and requires the Office Services Coordinator the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations. The ideal candidate must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills and familiar with office equipment and procedures.

Required skills:

  • 1-3 years’ of Mailroom and Office Services experience
    • Mailroom: incoming and outgoing mail, overnight shipments, service calls for mail processing equipment
    • Office Services: coordinating printing and shredding services, phone coverage, supporting company events and relocations
  • Fluency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • High school or college diploma
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
