Secret cleared Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)/Directory Services Senior SME

Our client, a large government systems integrator located in Fort Huachuca, AZ, is looking to hire an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)/Directory Services Senior SME to work onsite.  The consultant will be responsible for supporting a Defense customer and their networks. 

As an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)/Directory Services Senior SME, the consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing ICAM-enabling technology  (Microsoft Azure Active Directory) in order to formulate, design, and evaluate architectures and technical solutions.

The consultant will be expected to evaluate current ICAM methods as well as provide input into standards-based ICAM development, implementation and operations.  The consultant will be evaluating and establishing ICAM program governance and stakeholder engagement mechanisms.  The consultant will also be expected to write Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs) to relay technical concepts.

Required Skills:

  • MA/MS +10 -OR- BA/BS in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • 12 years of experience managing organizations similar in size, scope, and complexity.
  • Security Clearance Level: Active SECRET clearance
  • Expertise in complex information systems and architectures that encompass multiple disparate databases, networks, and communication subsystems.
  • Must meet DoD 8140 DCWF 451 requirements (M0923W1 or A-102-5888 or A-102-5599 (SNOOP) or A-531-0045 or A-113-0381 or A-113-0381 or A-113-0342 or A-121-0594 (P/L) or A-104-0084 or A-150-4219 (P/L) or A-150-9020 (P/L) or FITSP-O or GFACT or CASP+ or CCNP Security or CCSP)
  • The following certifications:
    • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator – Associate
    • Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect – Expert
    • An IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) is required
  • Experience with identity policies, guidance, and technical implementations
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory design and implementation
  • Experience with Group Policy Management
  • Experience with working directly on large scale ICAM implementations
  • Experience with using agile methods and scrum process
  • Must be willing to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends, as necessary. This position may require periods of non-traditional working hours, to include consecutive nights and/or weekends.
