Our client, located at Eglin AFB, FL, is currently in need of a Secret cleared JIRA Admin for a 3 month contract. The consultant will work onsite in support of JIRA ITAM and asset management. The consultant will perform ticket management alongside managing an ITAM module of Data Center Edition Service Management.
Required Skills:
- Active DoD Secret or higher clearance
- Ability to work onsite at Eglin AFB
- JIRA product knowledge and administration:
- Ticket Management
- Manage Ticket Flow
- Jira configuration and optimization
- Implement and manage ITAM module of Data Center Edition Service Management
- Create and present reports around ITAM principles.
- Asset EOL dates
- License compliance
- Warranty dates
