Our client, a leading government technology service provider located in Washington D.C. is in need of a (add in clearance level – ex: Tops Secret Cleared) CRM Developer on a 6 month contract to hire. The CRM Developer will work onsite daily, and will be responsible for supporting ServiceNow and Salesforce applications. ServiceNow is currently in use as a ticketing system so looking to support O&M plus expand to utilize other features. Salesforce is new to the organization and the CRM Developer will also assist with replacing the current case management system which is an old Visual Basic 6 application.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience with CRM systems development
- Proficient with the configuration, support and maintenance of ServiceNow and Salesforce: Experience with ITSM, ITBM and SPM
- Experience with Litify/LegalStratus: Legal Matter Management Salesforce Native Application, Public Sector Foundations, Salesforce CRM Analytics Plus, Flosum (Dev Ops), Additional integration with mission partner data repositories (e.g. Max.gov).
- TS Clearance (SCI preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to be onsite in Washington DC 5 days a week
