ClearBridge Technology Group, a rapidly growing technology consulting and staffing company located in Billerica, MA, is currently in need of a Systems and Applications Administrator for a full-time position. This is a hybrid position that requires 2-3 days onsite in our Billerica, MA office. The Systems and Applications Administrator will manage the Microsoft 365 environment to include Intune/Endpoint Manager, Azure, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and the deployment and management of Windows endpoints as well as maintaining and updating all security requirements. Other responsibilities include helpdesk and desktop support for our employees and support of the company’s CRM system. This position will report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the Microsoft 365 environment including:
- User and group management
- Managing Azure Active Directory
- Managing Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune
- Management of the Microsoft 365 Defender and security policies
- Maintaining approved application packages
- Developing and maintaining Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Managing Microsoft Power Automate Flows
- Addressing application-related issues
- Identifying better ways to leverage the Microsoft 365 environment
- Managing the companies CRM and ATS (Bullhorn)
- Supporting other applications as needed
Required Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience with administering all aspects of Microsoft/Office 365
- Experience configuring and using Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, and Defender
- Experience managing Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and WebEx
- Ability to work in a small office environment in a hybrid onsite setting. The team is currently onsite 2-3 days per week in our Billerica office.

- Good communications skills and highly organized
- Natural curiosity to investigate issues and develop new solutions
Preferred experience and Skills
- Experience with PowerShell
- Experience managing a CRM (Bullhorn preferred)
- Experience developing Power Automate flows (Microsoft Flow)
