Project Tasks
• Assist with day to day operational activities/tasks
• General troubleshooting/optimization – ensure the customer understands how to manage these areas once residency is completed
• Monitors, reviews, and manage environment to identify areas of improvement following Dell EMC best practices
• Review user permission/access, provide areas of improvement/best practice recommendations
• KT to keep clusters healthy moving forward (code/firmware upgrades)

• Conduct knowledge transfer for new technology features, management and admin activities, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Review IT processes and policies (Incident, capacity, performance and change management as part of new solution)
• May need to create shares when needed
• Assist with cluster replication if needed
• Assist with how to set up policies to replicate if needed
• Share best practice methodologies throughout the residency assignment
• Resident is expected to be self-directed, able to accomplish tasks with little to no direction |
