Project Tasks
- Customer is brand new to the technology resulting in them being less efficient with operational tasks and causing issues within the MX7000 processing environment.
- Customer is overwhelmed with the operational workload & tasks, managing the old and new environments and not being able to deploy the backlog of new MX7000s into the environment.
High Level Roles & Responsibilities of Resident:
- Resident will work at the sole direction of the customer to alleviate workload burden/operational complexity associated with daily operational functions for MX7000 product
- Resident will assist team to get prior purchases deployed (numerous MX7000 purchases from the past year that are still not deployed) and deploying new systems
- Resident will support deploy related customer requirements: change controls, network requests, cabling/facilities requests, security approvals, etc.
