Project Tasks:
- Assist with onboarding and upskilling customer resources on the operations of the OTS Cyber Vault
- Provide periodic status reports
- Monitor daily operations of the Cyber Vault including but not limited to:
- Air gap operations
- Data Domain replication and health
- Triage Cyber Sense alerts
- Optimize the Cyber Vault components to ensure a smooth run state including but not limited to:
- Add/modify/remove Cyber Recovery and Cyber Sense policies
- Work with customer to optimize infrastructure as appropriate
- Participate in the recovery from any Cyber attacks
- Assist with periodic recovery tests
- Assist with the migration of clients to refreshed DPS equipment
Resource will be required to complete a Dell background check and 9 panel drug test as well as the customer’s specific background check. Once the candidate is selected the customer will onboard the candidate into their system, the resource will start and then the customer’s background check will be initiated. If the candidate does not pass the customer’s background check they will not be able to continue the project. The background check will also require the resource complete an enhanced PRA (session w/customer’s psychologist)
Also important to note the target start date is 1/8/2024 however if a candidate is available to start sooner, the Dell team will work with the customer to change the start date. This is onsite for the duration of the project, there is no remote opportunity during this assignment. |
