Contact Center Tester

Our client, a leading Consulting firm, is in need of 2 Contact Center Testers for initial 12 month fully remote contracts supporting a customer in California.  The Contact Center Testers will be responsible for the completion and ongoing maintenance of functional design documentation and technical design documentation for the customers Amazon Connect and Verint contact center platforms as well as other connected and integrated applications.  They will also create and maintain test plans and testing results for all changes being deployed to the contact center environment and occasionally participate in pre and post deployment testing which take place overnight PST hours. 

Required Skills:

  • 3 – 5 years of overall experience.
  • Experience executing test cases, test scripts and test scenarios for enterprise applications.
  • Experience testing Amazon Connect and Verint contact center solutions.
  • Experience executing tests that validate end-to-end customer journeys in Amazon Connect to include, Contact flows / IVR logic, prompts, menus, Queues, routing profiles, call transfers, conference behavior, etc. 
  • Experience executing tests for the agent experience in Amazon Connect to include, agent desktop behavior, CTI behaviors, etc. 
  • Experience writing comprehensive technical documentation of contact center systems, specifically Amazon Connect and Verint.
