Our client, a real estate technology company in Miami, FL, in in need of a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for a three-month contract-to-hire position. Working in a hybrid model, three days/week onsite, the BSA will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data sets used to drive compliance across multiple disciplines including Record Retention, Privacy, and other regulatory and operational requirements. The BSA will elicit and analyze data and overall project requirements to achieve organizational goals and is responsible for working with multiple teams bridging communication gaps.
Required skills:
- 5+ years of enterprise-level business analysis experience
- Proficient in SQL programming or comparable to query databases, conducting statistical analysis, and creating insightful reports
- Hands-on experience with project management tools including Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or equivalents
- Experience working with Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, MS Office, Visual Basic
- Candidates must be familiar with working in a hybrid environment including both Agile and PMO processes
- Ability to lead multiple project deliverables and ensure multiple teams are delivering based on due dates
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, including experience presenting to all levels of management
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Knowledge of Salesforce, BuildPro, and/or JDE system integration and application environment a plus
