Our client, a professional services company is in need of an AFS Administrator located in New Jersey for a 6-month contract to hire position. The AFS Administrator will be responsible for implementing and supporting the client’s AFS System (Automated Financial System). The system collects data such as credit balance, income and credit score which allows the banks to initiate a loan. The candidate will need to have expertise on AFS systems and be able to detect issues within the systems and take the appropriate action to resolve those issues. This work will also include testing the AFS system using Salesforce, Jira, QAC, QC.
Required Skills:
- 5 + years’ experience with the implementation and support of AFS Systems.
- Experience with testing and troubleshooting AFS systems.
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal
- Needs to understand defect triage systems.
