Business Hours = Monday – Friday 12 – 8 PM EST
Location = Must be Onsite 5 days per week at Briarcliff Manor NY.
**Note the resource in NY will have to cover two sites – One in Briarcliff Manor and the other is Orangeburg, NY.
The customer operates a large PowerScale cluster environment and requires a skilled PowerScale expert at each location. Due to the environment’s size, multiple support tickets are managed daily.
Resident is expected to:
- Open and manage all Dell support tickets, including executing all requests from support (gathering logs, executing commands, etc.) until issues are resolved.
- Work with support to manage all escalations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Dell Field Services team when dispatched to the customer location.
- Assist the customer with any additional tasks or activities as requested.
Resource must have proven experience in:
- Fast-paced environments.
- Working with Dell Customer Support.
- Managing escalations within Dell Support.
- Being detail-oriented.
- Driving issues to successful resolution
Nice to have Skills:
- Experience in HPC and High Performance Storage environments
